Returns & Refunds

At Indmar Certified Service Gear, most products are manufactured specifically for each order. Because of the custom nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited as outlined below.

Custom Manufactured Products

Most products sold through this website are produced to order and are considered custom products. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Banners
  • Window Decals
  • Window Clings
  • Feather Flags
  • Banner Stands
  • A-Frame Signs
  • Replacement Graphics
  • Post & Panel Signs
  • Illuminated Sign Systems
  • Other custom-manufactured signage products

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of any damaged packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for replacement of the affected product.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping Damage

Visible shipping damage should be documented immediately upon delivery whenever possible.

Please retain:

  • Product
  • Original packaging
  • Shipping materials

until the claim has been reviewed.

Order Changes

Order modifications may be possible before production begins. Once an order has entered production, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.

Installation Services

Installation services, freight deliveries, site surveys, permit fees, and other project-related services are generally non-refundable once scheduled or performed.
