Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Standard Products

Most products include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping methods and carriers are selected based on product size, destination, and supplier fulfillment location.

Production Time

Most products are produced after an order is placed. Production times vary by product and vendor but generally range from 3–10 business days before shipment.

Transit Time

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Freight Shipments

Large sign systems, illuminated signs, and other oversized products may require freight (LTL) shipping. Freight charges, delivery requirements, and installation services are quoted separately when applicable.

Installation Services

Installation services may be available in many locations within the continental United States. Installation costs are not included unless specifically stated in a written quotation.

Shipping Damage

Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and photographs of any damage to assist with claims processing.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.
